Morallity never changes. Morallity is another word for nature. It is just silly huamns who like to tamper with it by making "laws".
Morallity is supposed to set the laws.

no morality changes and then the law changes, morality changes easier and faster because laws involve a lot of paper work and planning.
i gave an example with slavery but here's another, Women couldn't vote, it was thought they shouldn't be involved with important decisions and now we try to treat them as equals.

Stealing and killing was against the moral code of Mesopotamia under Hammurabi's code. They are still against the moral code today.
I disagree, it depends on where you look at. In some societies women were treated as equals when in other societies they were not treated as so.

yes killing will almost always be illegal, but in this country the death penalty was abolished because people thought it was wrong.

A sense of some sort of moral standings always exist in any particular society at any particular time...but its form may be different according to the culture and tradition of the society...
